Orders are shipped freight prepaid and added, as applicable. Freight orders are
subject to a palletizing and handling fee. Small orders are subject to
additional handling fees, as applicable. |
| Returns: |
Individual items and Ernst stock mixes are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and
must be returned within 30 days. Custom mixes cannot be returned once the
individual items are mixed. Plant material orders require a 25% non-refundable
deposit. Cancelled bioengineering orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
