Durable and drought resistant, the ryegrass will stay greener in hot weather. The red fescue will work well in dry to wet shaded areas and a variety of soil conditions. An ideal, inexpensive lawn mix for high-traffic areas. Mix formulations are subject to change without notice depending on the availability of existing and new products.
